Reporting to the Workshop Manager your key accountabilities will be to:- 

• Review equipment requests from the depot network and provide support in delivering available assets.
• Deliver asset management and asset service to the depot network, so Supply It, Fix It, Find It or Buy It process.
• Co-ordinate the repair of assets that is required to support and service depot requirements.
• Liaise and communicate with the depot network to ensure they are kept up to date at all times.
• Assist in analysing  requests using reports from Axapta and Business objects to determine if Capex is appropriate.
• Coordinate transport to proactively ensure regional utilisation criteria are met and support reduction in Capex spend.
• To oversee purchases raised to ensure delivery is fulfilled, in a timely manner by the Suppler.
• To maintain strong communication links with the Central Capex Team and be aware of all strategic orders being placed.
• To undertake any other duties as requested.
