Summary

A vacancy has arisen to join our People Service Team. This is a varied role with responsibility for supporting the full HR administration processs throughout the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own business unit and be a strong communicator to forge strong working relationships.

Main Responsibilities

Compliance is a key part of the role, from collecting Right to Work, to ensuring that all new starters complete the relevant Health questionaire.

Communication in a timely manner is imperative to a People Services Assistants to ensure employees are kept abreast of changes to their circumstances such as maternity and paternity and to ensure that grievance and disciplinary issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Accuracy of employee data is a vital part of the position and it is important for the successful candidate to be confident in their strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, ideally in a high volume environment. Key skills will include outstanding customer service and accuracy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment.
