Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our PMO for a Project Coordinator to plan, manage and deliver Projects across all Speedy operations as well as analyse data and requirements across the division.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivery:
    • Primary accountability is to deliver projects in a controlled, co-ordinated and professional manner
    • Control Project Documentation for the team
    • Create business cases and analyse data to provide a solid project management approach
  • Business Engagement:
    • Build a strong network of supportive work stream managers / business sponsors who support project / programme delivery in a project-controlled manner
  • Promote Knowledge Sharing:
    • As someone who is likely to interact with many different areas of Speedy, to share lessons learned and experience of other areas to assist in the delivery of “Best Practice” across all of Speedy
  • Accuracy and Transparency:
    • High level of accuracy when providing data for business cases
    • Understand the Data Protection Act and work within its guidelines
