Summary

To plan, manage and deliver Strategic Projects and / or Programmes across all Speedy operations, in line with agreed PMO Governance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivery:
    • Primary accountability is to help define, document & deliver Strategic Projects / Programmes in a controlled, co-ordinated and professional manner, in accordance with the PMO framework. This includes managing of budgets, quality levels, plans, reporting, business cases and RAID.

 

  • Business Engagement:
    • Build a strong network of supportive work stream managers / business sponsors who support project / programme delivery in a project-controlled manner
    • Provide effective leadership to the project team and 3rd parties ensuring team members are motivated and the have the necessary skills to undertake the task.

 

  • Training/Communication:
    • Train team members on the use of the Speedy Project Toolkit and project governance framework.
    • Ensure effective communication methods are established and adhered to as per the PMO governance.

 

  • Promote Knowledge Sharing:
    • As someone who is likely to interact with many different areas of Speedy, to share lessons learned and experience of other areas to assist in the delivery of “Best Practice” across all of Speedy
  • Accuracy and Transparency:

Project Office documents must be maintained at all times in accordance with Speedy PMO standards and made available to stakeholders / team members at all times
