• Management of Site & Logistics Planner (transport planner) and Service Manager to ensure adherence to all Company procedures, systems and processes across own area.

• Develop the Company’s people capability aligned to business goals, including the identification and development of Speedy’s future leaders through talent management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations relating to Health and Safety and Environmental matters including completion of statutory training.
• Manage and promote a safe, healthy and sustainable environment for employees, customers and the general public.
• Ensure highest levels of quality and availability of products/services whilst maintaining optimum stock levels.
• Ensure efficient use of vehicles and logistic systems including telematics.
• Maintain professional Speedy brand reputation through the maintenance of property, kit, vehicles and people to high levels of presentation standards.
• Develop all direct reports according to the development framework and ensure those direct reports have their teams equally trained and developed according to the Speedy Career Journey
• Maximise the potential of retail sales and up sell/cross sell opportunities
• Seek and pass any new or existing customer or market intelligence to the Sales team.
• Be involved in and lead where appropriate any strategic projects relevant to role.
• Completion of management reports  and information in a timely manner
