Bespoke course examples:
A major Utility company identified a need to adapt their current lifting training to exceed standard compliance legislation and be more aligned to their working environment. There was a collaborative approach, with their internal training team, to design and review the course which complied with their operating procedures and safety regulations. The delivery of this course is ongoing and has so far been delivered to over 300 of their engineers.
A similar lifting course was created for Georgia Pacific for their production operators and maintenance engineers; the course content was designed to suit their 3 shift operating system.
Our internal business operations required our nationwide sales teams to be fully aware of the increasingly wide range of Speedy equipment, its applications and customer benefits. To ensure this dispersed team could be trained and measured as competent we designed an elearning course including assessments. The course can be accessed at any time with full measurability and the ability for our personnel to return to the course at any point for a refresher.
