Q. Can it support my current system?
A. We provide on all systems a basic access to raw internet, all of our services have been accelerated to ensure latency is kept to levels suitable for voice, VPN or application traffic such as Citrix.
Q. Can I import my current phone system information?
A. Yes, we will need prior notice for this.
Q. Can I keep my current phone numbers?
A. Yes numbers can be ported, this will have a lead time of 7 days, although we can offer a number direction service so you can use them at your new location from day one.
Q. Will I get a dedicated account manager?
A. Yes, we will assign both an Engineer and a dedicated Account Manager.
Q. Can I have a trial for my office?
A. Yes, to give you a company case study and proof of concept we will offer trial periods on the first installation.
Q. Do you guarantee the data speeds?
A. Speedy Sky, our satellite provision is guaranteed bandwidth, for all other services we are reliant on the local network, we will advise in all instances of the true available bandwidth.
Q. Is Canopy reliant on ‘line of sight’?
A. No we need a minimum of 60% visibility of the target site, due to the MIMO system built into the antenna software data packets can be interpreted to ensure there is no loss.
