From initial site survey to specification and installation our project management team will design and install your system within 14 days.
With no reliance on BT we are not subject to the rigors of up to 90 days installation delays. Our service procedures are free of charge with no potential for heavy excess charges. All of this ensures that you can plan for true costs with no unexpected surprises.
Our equipment is all off-the-shelf and ready for hire or sale helping us achieve a market leading response.
End to end project management is pro- vided by a dedicated engineer who will oversee the survey and installation and provide support services personally not through a multi layered structure.
Four Stage Process:
Stage 1:
All enquiries are responded to within 1 hour, desk top sites surveys and results are returned within 4 hours. You have a direct link into our technical team to ensure that your potential project has a single point of contact all the way through
Stage 2:
The desk top and physical surveys are carried out by our fully trained UK wide technical team. Installations are completed ahead of the commission date to ensure stability and resilience
Stage 3:
Managed by one project engineer you have single point of contact for all installation dates, times and procedures. Health and Safety information and method statements are available on request and all our engineers are accredited with the relevant working at height, IOSH & CSCS cards.
Stage 4:
You will be given a detailed and step by step run through of your purchase, basic training and fault control.
