What is Lean-Site?

Most sites and workplaces contain hidden wastes which whilst difficult to see, add unnecessary cost, time and complexity. Lean-Site is self-funding, low-cost, practical advice on process efficiency improvements that will remove these wastes and can then be applied to future projects.

How does it Work?

By removing non-value-adding activities and changing working practices you can reduce time and resource consumption,minimise waste and reduce your carbon footprint.

Our advisors put together a detailed evaluation report identifying any non-value adding activities within your organisation. The assessment can be completed at site, departmental or full organisational level and will also look for opportunities to reduce your carbon footprint through these efficiency gains.

The assessment can be completed at site, departmental or full organisational level at any type of workplace “site” including workshops, construction sites, offices or manufacturing sites.

How much does it cost?

The diagnostic is self funding - if we don’t identify at least double your investment in agreed savings you pay nothing. Our clients often see up to 15:1 return on investment (ROI). Provided you implement the actions agreed you are guaranteed at least an initial 100% ROI. The service can be taken for any period from as little as one day. Each day of diagnostic activity is charged inclusive of expenses.
