We never switch off – we’re ready when you need us most.
Not everyone works 9 to 5 and problems or major disasters can happen at any time of the day! We never switch off to ensure we give our customers a rapid response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
We support power equipment breakdown on site for all our customers free of charge. A fully qualified engineer will call you within an hour (usually in less than 20 minutes) and will be on site in less than 4 hours (dependent on location).
With over 150 engineers employed by Speedy across the UK we can ensure you will always get the highest level of technical support wherever you are working. The on-site engineer support will only be charged for if the repair or damage is deemed to be due to customer miss-use.
Whatever the scale of the disaster, from a burst pipe to a major flood, or from a generator break down to a major loss of power, our engineers will respond to your particular need quickly and effectively. For pumps, generators and compressors (or any other tool or equipment hire need, including heaters, lighting towers and dehumidifiers), we can support you out of our normal working hours with our nationwide network of engineers and the largest rental fleet in the UK.

How does it Work?
Just call our number, or your local depot number, out of hours and we will respond, we have a back up call centre who put you in contact with one of our engineers in your area. There is no need to register for the service if you are an existing customer of Speedy.
All your calls are guaranteed an answer and they all are recorded to ensure we accurately respond to your need, and for your peace of mind that we fulfil our promise to support you. If there are any problems we have a 24 hour escalation process to our senior management team.
