Elizabeth Green, Team Manager – Infrastructure

I started my Speedy journey in May 2019 at Speedy Direct as a Temporary Hire and Sales Co-ordinator on the Framework desk.

After 6 months I moved onto the Infrastructure desk as a permanent member of staff.

Showing a desire to progress within Speedy, a willingness to learn and taking opportunities to support my Team Manager when I could. With regular 121’s with my line manager and PDR’s I was then enrolled on the HiPo course in 2021, I successfully became a Team Manager early this year.
