Mark Russell, Driver - Warrington

I'm Mark Russell and I've been a driver at Speedy Services for 5 years. Before that I worked as a driver at a well-known supermarket for a short time and before that I was a taxi driver!

I joined Speedy in this role as I prefer to be out and about rather than being behind a desk! Once I'm loaded and on my route I am my own boss. I also love the interaction with our customers.

I've worked for Speedy for quite a while as we have a good reputation and the equipment we supply is high quality. I've been provided with all the PPE I need, and have received excellent training. Another great thing about this job is that the van I drive is brilliant!!! I have everything I need to get my daily tasks done to a high quality.

The main thing I love about working here is that every day is different, and I'm trusted to get the job done. The team around me are good people and I have a great relationship with them. The atmosphere is friendly, I have job security and I know the kit I'm delivering is good quality.
