Lloyds British, a speedy business are currently requiring an Administration Coordinator to join our team on behalf of one of the world’s largest publicly traded international Oil & Gas companies. This is a full time position working 39 hours a week, salary to be discussed at interview stage.

Main Responsibilities

Main responsibilities for an Administrator will be to carry out all administration duties in a timely, efficient and effective manner and to support the Engineering Team at our onsite in Fawley.

  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintaining the customers database/records
  • Maintain the IT systems
  • Maintain and control electric and manual filing systems
  • Provide quotes
  • Deal with purchase orders and Invoices on a daily basis
