It’s an exciting time to join the Speedy retail team as we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for a Customer Advisor to join our Speedy store based in B&Q.
As a part of the Speedy team you will be on hand to deliver exceptional Customer Service for all our retail and trade customers, with hiring tools and equipment as part of their in-store shopping experience. Our customers can hire products, from Lawnmowers to Generators, we have it all, and can take away and use the very same day.
Working as part of a small team you’ll interact with our customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products and equipment, using your product knowledge to drive sales and process orders on our system. You’ll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, enjoy problem solving and finding solutions to ensure our customers receive a first-class Speedy experience.
This is a full-time role, working varied shift patterns within store opening hours (Monday to Saturday 7am - 8pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm).
Your Holiday entitlement will be 34 days per year (Inclusive of Bank Holidays).
We’re looking for:
- A natural people person with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive and enthusiastic with an eagerness to learn about the Speedy way and our products and systems.
- Ideally but not essential, previous experience in a similar Customer Service role within retail, hire or DIY environment
