We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Customer Services Team in the Powered Access Division. The role will involve quoting customers for repairs to their own equipment; liaising with service engineers and suppliers; diary planning; scheduling engineers; arranging appointments with customers (telephone/email); raising rental orders and purchase orders - whilst taking front line phone calls from customers and suppliers.

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Accurate administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Feel comfortable liaising between, customers, suppliers and engineers
  • Adaptive and able to work under pressure.
