We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our customer services team (PSH Powered Access) The role will involve diary planning, scheduling engineers, arranging appointments with customers (telephone/email), quoting customers for maintenance contracts and repairs to their own equipment. Raising rental orders and POs, whilst taking front line phone calls from customers and suppliers.

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Accurate administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Feel comfortable liaising between, customers, suppliers and engineers.
  • Adaptive and able to work under pressure.
