Due to continued growth and business development we are looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Foreman to join our Tamworth MSC.
We are looking for an Engineering Foreman to strengthen our engineering team The ideal candidate would have experience of leading a small team of depot operatives and would have a varied engineering background.

As a experienced Foreman you will be required to carry out the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment. The Foreman you will be responsible for supervising the depot operatives on a day to day basis to deliver the service, refurbishment, repair and maintenance of hire and customer equipment in the agreed timescale, this also includes building facility management
As a experienced Foreman within Speedy, you will ensure that all requirements for repairs and maintenance are completed in a safe and efficient manner, and provide technical assistance, and organise technical training of depot operatives.
To be successful as a Foreman within Speedy you will need:
- Previous experience as a working Foreman
- Industry experience in hire/ engineering
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Personable and adaptable to different situations.
- Knowledge of organising and managing asset and stock counts
