Our Ringwood depot is a specialist service centre supplying powered access equipment to our customers across the South, and we are looking to expand our customer contact team on the hire desk

Whilst experience in the powered access industry would be beneficial, our training program ensures we will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to carry out your duties with confidence. What we do need from you is the enthusiasm and desire to learn our business, along with the confidence to speak to our customers on a daily basis and administer their order requirements from enquiry to collection

Based in the depot, the Hire Controller’ role is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, along with a proud reputation for great service. Our Hire Controllers coordinate the entire order process from taking the initial enquiry through to delivery and collection, liaising with every department within the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met, ready for their next project

Based in our depot in Ringwood, on a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with enquiries and orders via telephone and e-mail, administering contracts from enquiry to collection back to the depot, transport planning with the delivery team and liaising with our engineers for machines required.

• Commitment  to learn and develop
• Driving license
• Previous experience working within the hire industry would be an advantage
