Geason are currently Implementation Coordinator looking for a to cover the Nottingham area, with remote working. 

As our Implementation Co-Ordinator you will demonstrate the focus and importance we place on ensuring that the execution of all new Apprenticeship and NVQ programmes and contracts is not only fit for purpose but ensures customer satisfaction from the outset. To be an active liaison between learners employers and ourselves for the initial 6 weeks of the learner journey. Actively promote and support with CIAG, signposting and discussions with learners.

You will be responsible for the onboarding of both learners and employers, this will include the conducting initial assessment and enrolment paperwork inline with compliance expectations. You will effectively and efficiently promote the services of Geason, identifying learner’s needs and providing effective solutions.

Our ideal candidate will be team-spirited, creative, and above all else have the desire to work collaboratively to achieve targets and goals.  Be able to successfully build and maintain relationships with other departments including operations, quality and compliance. To be considered for this post, you will have previous experience in implementation of Apprenticeship and NVQ programmes and the onboarding of learners, or a similar role within the skills and education sector.
