An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team to provide an advisory service to colleagues, line managers and employees across all functions of the business, and to ensure the HR function operates efficiently, effectively and in line with current legislation requirements.    

Reporting to the People Business Partner, you will provide a generalist HR support and employee relations advice to the business on a geographical basis, ensuring legal compliance and reducing risk, as well as working with the wider People team to support the People Business Partner and working closely with senior management and their direct reports. 

What you’ll need:

  • HR / People team experience, at Advisor level.
  • CIPD qualification (level 5) / degree in relevant subject
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to translate this into clear, usable information/actions.
  • Highly creative, with the ability to 'think outside the box’ when approaching complex people issues.
  • Skilled at offering pragmatic employee relations advice.
  • Taking control of own development and making it happen
  • Requirement to travel within and beyond region/ requirement for overnight stays as role requires.
  • Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
