Summary

Quality Assurance Coordinator - Haydock - 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team The role will involve:-

  • Accurate creation of operational and financial reporting
  • Analysing the data produced
  • Management of the telephony system and wallboards
  • Conduct call monitoring on behalf of multiple parts of the Speedy business to drive service improvements
  • Champion Customer Experience
  • Support the management team with the development of induction packs
  • Champion process improvement within the business by utilising the data
  • Complete any other duties assigned by the company

 

Desirable Skills

  • Excel – Intermediate or above knowledge
  • Experience of call monitoring
  • Good communication skills and able to build rapport with colleagues and customers
