We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team The role will involve:-
- Accurate creation of operational and financial reporting
- Analysing the data produced
- Management of the telephony system and wallboards
- Conduct call monitoring on behalf of multiple parts of the Speedy business to drive service improvements
- Champion Customer Experience
- Support the management team with the development of induction packs
- Champion process improvement within the business by utilising the data
- Complete any other duties assigned by the company
Desirable Skills
- Excel – Intermediate or above knowledge
- Experience of call monitoring
- Good communication skills and able to build rapport with colleagues and customers
