Job details:

As a Resourcing Partner in Speedy you will be joining a dynamic team and be responsible for delivering a professional, high quality and cost-effective service to the business to meet their recruitment requirements. 

You will manage the process from end to end, this will include searching for suitable candidates, applicant screening, coordinating interviews and liaising with both candidate and recruiting manager right through to offer. You will liaise with recruiting managers establishing requirements and agreeing appropriate recruitment methods where necessary, as well as updating the job specifications and creating adverts for internal and external publications. 

What you'll need:

  • Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally in a similar industry but not essential
  • Building good knowledge of your industry and developing strong business networks
  • Meeting KPIs
  • Making sure all candidates meet compliance requirements
  • Creating a strong social media presence within your sector
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Creating job adverts and managing candidate responses
  • Strong administrative skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Any additional experience with a CRM or database would be beneficial.
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
  • Communicate confidently in person, over the phone, and online
  • Focus on the positive and strive for continual improvement
  • Collaborate and operate well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable to work both remotely and in the offices where required
  • Success motivated and outcome-focused
  • A passion for building relationships
