An opportunity has arisen to join our Service Desk team. This team provides a single point of contact for our Group for all IT issues to be resolved.

What you’ll need:

  • Answering the phone in a professional manner
  • Log each and every call received with sufficient information
  • Taking ownership of the call to ensure a satisfactory outcome
  • Escalating calls when necessary
  • Communicating with internal teams and external support resources
  • Working to the needs of the Business to ensure successful support of IT Systems

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing customer service and dealing professionally with individual's. An interest or experience in IT support would be an advantage.
