Main Responsibilities

Speedy Services are currently looking for a technical manager who can Define & Produce testing/PHE procedures & Processes for all assets within the tools Category and Support  and write procedures for the quality team. A technical manager will be expected to Assist the Training Department with setting up Manufacture training for the workshop engineers. Assist manufacturers to design training course in line with Speedy Training Academ. As the Technical Manager you will Review and drive continues improvement of workshop process and procedures and Review and develop PHE process for workshop products.

You will Work with Workshop team/Supply Chain team to ensure all training for new products are implemented, Review tool hire product range with H&S department and Produce and continually review and update the workshop operations/procedures manual. Technical manager will Provide support to Workshop, Service Engineers and personnel with assessment of equipment and be an integral member of the New Products Committee. You will Work with workshops to roll –out  appropriate Training to operational staff on new products and be expected to Review Technical Support enquires to identify opportunities for Internal Training & Product updates, Support the Technical Support Team with advice & product /solution training The technical manager will Assist workshop director with Ad-hoc projects relating to MSC’s and Workshop Solutions and Continuous improvement on asset testing process and procedure with in an MSC.
