Main Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be working independently or directly with one or two other colleagues in the branch, performing basic electrical and functionality testing as well as servicing and cleaning products that return from hire to ensure they’re safe and presentable, ready for the next customer to take away.

We work with a team culture, so adaptability and communication are key as there may be times when you’ll need to assist drivers with loading and unloading equipment from the vehicles or responding to customer queries.

Essential:

  • Basic electrical skills (12/24v)
  • Basic mechanical skills and able to use tools effectively
  • Strong communication skills both verbally & written
  • Able to adapt quickly to support others
  • Proactive in addressing problems that arise
  • Commitment  to learn and develop

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working within the hire industry or other engineering field
