Based in our Newport NSC as a Workshop Trainee, you will be an important part of depot operations helping to ensure equipment is always available for our customers to ensure their experience with us is positive and we continue to be the best hire company in the industry.

As a Workshop Trainee, you will learn all roles within the workshop environment in order to become a multi-skilled employee being able to work and support each department that operates within the workshop.  You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of our most experienced workshop colleagues and be developed and mentored by them along with completing both internally and externally provided technical training in order to develop your skills and gain recognised industry qualifications.  

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a trainee who:

• Is ambitious, driven and willing to learn and develop
• Has a natural interest in machinery, mechanics and electrics
• Is comfortable working at height
• Can be a team player
• Can adapt to a fast paced working environment
• Shows good communication skills

Please note that this is an entry level role and could be ideal for a school leaver looking to start a career.  No previous experience or qualifications are required as all training will be provided.
