Based in the depot, the Depot Administrator is a vital part of operations and customer service. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Depot Administrator coordinates the entire hire process to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they’re satisfied with our service.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the needs of the customer with readily available equipment and close contact.

- Strong organisational and admin skills
- Strong communication skills both verbally & written
- Commitment to learn and develop
- Driving license
- Previous experience working within the hire industry or similar sales or operational role
