Health and Wellbeing
At Speedy we want to play as active a role as we can in the overall health and wellbeing of our people. Our benefits package includes gym memberships, free eyesight tests and, just as importantly, we keep our employees updated on health and wellbeing initiatives through regular communication on topics such as healthy lifestyles, diet and national campaigns such as breast cancer awareness.
Reward and recognition
We also like to recognise excellence in our people's performance at work, celebrating the many occasions when they go above and beyond the requirements of their role. To recognise the great work our employees do, we run an annual employee awards programme, the Speedy Excellence Awards, acknowledging our people’s contributions through an employee nomination process as well as on a measured performance basis.
