The Group’s remuneration policy was approved by shareholders at its 2018 Annual General Meeting and is further set out for convenience within the Remuneration Report in our 2019 Annual Report and Accounts.

A new Directors’ Remuneration Policy proposed for the next three years is subject to shareholder approval at this year’s annual general meeting on 10 September 2020 and is set out in the Remuneration Report in our 2020 Annual Report and Accounts.
