This programme is designed for any person who may be required to use a Paslode Nail Gun in the workplace or requires familiarisation with the associated regulations.
Aim
The objective of this training course are to ensure the operative can safely inspect, clean and demonstrate the correct safe use of Paslode nail guns
Knowledge
Additional information
Delegates attending this course should be 18+ years and be physically and mentally fit to withstand the rigours of training. The content of this course includes awareness of periodic examinations of equipment. The course does not provide full training in maintenance of equipment. Additional training relating to this subject may be of benefit to delegates (further information available upon request).

- Nature of hazards and identification of causes

- Selection of correct tool and accessories including personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Misfire procedure
- Common faults
- Practical assessment
Training Methods
Made up of practical and theory demonstrations assessing delegate’s competence in the selection and safe use of Paslode nail guns.
