I am relishing the chance to explore the business on placements and appreciate the bigger picture. The support on the graduate scheme is exceptional. Guidance is readily available from my line manager, dedicated mentor, and Early Careers Manger. The structured development is comprehensive, and I am eagerly anticipating the exec board project and first-time manager training in my second year.

In the commercial team I am advising on customer agreements and pricing. I have visibility of customers of all sizes and have been given a fantastic opportunity to make an impact towards the company's goals. The work is fast paced with challenges, but everyone is always positive. I have been pushed outside of my comfort zone and I am being supported in realising my full potential.

My curiosity has been encouraged and questioning why things work the way they do has accelerated my learning and understanding of the hire industry. I am privileged to work for an industry leading company embracing change for the better. The graduate scheme is more than just a job after university, it provides a solid foundation for a challenging and exciting career.
