People Development Partner- Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours.

Speedy's Learning and Development team is growing, and we are looking to recruit a People Development Partner. 

This is a brand-new role to the team, and we are looking for a digitally focussed individual to support with the development and implementation of internal Learning & Development strategies to support our people strategy.

The role will manage the digital training team and will provide learning and development expertise to the central functions teams.  

A hybrid working model is available as at Speedy we’re empowering our people to balance their time between home, travel and our Haydock office in a way that works best for them.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience of delivering engaging digital learning initiatives within a changing environment
  • People management experience
  • Proven experience in a learning & development role with a commercial mind-set
  • Effective influencing and communication skills
  • Curious and energised approach to new ideas
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, line managers and colleagues
  • Proven competence to work without close supervision
  • Demonstrable experience in reviewing and facilitating online and classroom training initiatives
