Technical Trainer - External

Summary

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Trainer  requiring excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.  You will need to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the range of equipment offered by Speedy as well as depot processes. An appreciation for maintaining high customer services standards and Speedy values is paramount. Being able to work well under pressure will be necessary, along with a flexible approach with the working and travel requirements of this position. 
 

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure that Speedy customers are trained to a high standard in the disciplines required for their job roles
  • Take part in training work stream meetings to develop new training needs identified within the company
  • Ensure that all training course paperwork is up to date and correctly completed.
  • Develop new training courses in line with business needs
  • Attend personal training courses required to further knowledge and skills required for the position of Technical Trainer
  • Liaise with Training Champions to maintain training standards at venues.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Speedy equipment and products
  • A  flexible approach
  • Previous training experience is desirable
