I started my Speedy Journey 9 years ago and Career Line of Sight has always been a key forces for me.

I have progressed through the Team manager role supporting various aspects of our customer base. As a Team Manger I developed many leadership skills through various Speedy support channels from E-Learning course, Insights, in role training and most recently the HIPO course. I am really passionate about my career development with Speedy and this year I secured a promotion to Customer Service Manager.

Throughout my journey I have always been supported by my line managers with effective PDR’s and quality coaching session. I truly believe that the business is invested in my Career journey and are effectively supporting me to achieve my career goals.
