Idea 1: Sparkle with Christmas Lights   

Add some fairy lights around the room to create a subtle glowing effect, there are plenty to choose from to achieve that perfect Christmas glow from multi colour lights, star shaped lights to cool white lights with timers and different settings from flash, chasing and waves to add that extra magical Christmas sparkle.

With the dark nights now upon us why not add some sparkle outside your loft too with some external Christmas lights, use a ladder following best safety practices to hang them. Impress your visitors and whole neighbourhood with some pretty lights, your home will shine as bright as the north star.

Idea 2: O Christmas Tree    

Create a festive focal point in the room simply by adding a Christmas tree, why not tuck it underneath the sloping roof to make use of this unique space to create an eye-catching design. Decorate your roof window inside, hang up some pretty baubles to match your Christmas tree decorations or your window blind, or get even more creative with some home-made paper snowflakes ready for Santa and his reindeers to see as they fly over on Christmas Eve.

Idea 6: Tool Up

It’s always best to be prepared with that extra piece of mind to enjoy Christmas, make sure you have the correct power tools for any last-minute repairs or emergencies that may be needed in your loft for example an electric screwdriver to attach broken shelves or LED torches in case of power cuts.
