Business Development Project Manager - National - Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00 - 42 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside internal Operational, National and Regional teams to ensure that the customer receives the highest level of service delivery
  • Managing and reporting on the performance of the HS2 client base accounts against sales KPI’s ensuring sales and profit opportunities are maximised and identifying issues and remedial action
  • In the interests of Speedy Hire, deliver sustained growth and profitability through the contribution towards the HS2 specific business plan implemented by the Business Development Director
  • Develop and grow existing, and new, customer relationships to understand existing and potential needs maximising the overall Speedy Hire offering

  • Financial and Commercial Acumen
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of developing strong client relationships
  • Experience dealing at Director level
  • Development of large-scale complex clients
  • Has a track record of achievement through revenue driven objectives
  • Driving license

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the Hire Industry
  • Knowledge of the Highways Sector (desirable but no essential)
  • Knowledge of the Speedy Products and Services
