As our Asset Management team goes from strength to strength, we are now looking to recruit a Damages Administrator to support within our Bristol based office.

The main purpose if this role will be to to effectively investigate and manage the administration of all new company Damage claims within the business, ensuring all documentation and repair costs are received and documented within a timely manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering the telephone in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising directly with Depots on new claims received, obtaining all paperwork required
  • Ensuring all documents obtained are available and easily retrievable within the shared folder
  • Ensuring that all documents are received and accurate prior to claim handover to Damage & Los Coordinators
  • Generating weekly reports for Workshops and Depots on all outstanding repair reports required
  • Provide assistance to the Commercial Manager to ensure pricing accuracy and reporting any inaccuracies/inconsistencies
  • Support the Damage & Los Coordinators with Damage queries received from the wider business
  • Contribute to ongoing development of internal processes and procedures
  • Provide support to the depot network in the processing of damage claims
  • Participate in department and company projects
  • Provide support in rolling out new process’ and initiatives
  • Assist with any additional adhoc administrational tasks

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Essential

  • Good and developing IT skills including use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good and developing ability to investigate claims and data
  • Confident with liaising with internal employees as well as external customers
  • Competent and developing user of Microsoft Excel with ability to work with large data sets
  • Confident and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Confident, reliable, and able to demonstrate good/developing influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good and developing ability to present to medium sized groups
  • Good speaking and written skills to communicate information
  • Hard working and reliable
