Summary

This location is currently participating in a flexible working trial working 84 hours (average 42 hours per week) over 9 working days instead of 10 on a Monday to Friday basis only.

General Assistant - Glasgow - Monday to Friday - 08.30 - 17.00

Working in all areas of the depot, you will play a busy but key role in making sure our depot runs smoothly.  On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be working both independently and directly with other colleagues in any area of the depot. This can include: making deliveries and/or collections, assisting with vehicle loading/unloading, electrical testing of our equipment, stock control, or serving customers on the hire desk.

Supporting your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver. 

What you’ll need:

  • Driving licence
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally & written
  • Ability to adapt quickly to support others
