A fantastic opportunity has arisen to provide administrative and coordinator/planner support to our Lloyds British branch which will entail ensuring that all procedures are adhered to within the administrative remit.

As an engineering coordinator/planner, this will involve handling incoming enquiries, accurate completion of paperwork including planning of engineers work schedules, supporting the depot with meeting organisation, as well as ensuring job completion both operationally & administratively.

What you’ll need:

  • Planning, coordinating, organisational and communication skills
  • Team working skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Customer handling and telephone skills
  • Experience in using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft packages
  • Be focused, show initiative and have a good attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle tasks and prioritise work

Desirable:

  • Full driving licence
  • Understanding of depot profit and loss and key depot KPIs
