As a Resourcing Partner in Speedy you will be joining a dynamic team and be responsible for delivering a professional, high quality and cost effective service to the business to meet their recruitment requirements. You will manage the process from end to end, this will include searching for suitable candidates, applicant screening, coordinating interviews and liaising with both candidate and recruiting manager right through to offer.

As a Resourcing Partner in Speedy, communication and relationship building is essential to provide an unrivalled standard of service. You will liaise with recruiting managers establishing requirements and agreeing appropriate recruitment methods where necessary, as well as updating the job specifications and creating adverts for internal and external publications. 

• Have exceptional communication skills in order to  pro-actively build relationships with key stakeholders
• Be a team player and willing to support each other when required 
• Able to work to dead lines in a fast paced environment 
• Be willing to travel to promote Speedy at external/internal events 
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Ideally have in house recruitment experience or knowledge of the hire industry with a desire for recruitment
