The Sales Director purpose will be to accelerate the growth of revenues for the business. The Sales Director will create and deliver sales strategies and play a crucial role in the success and growth of Speedy Hire Plc

We're looking for an experienced, hands on Sales Director with solid relationships within the UK and Ireland markets. You'll have the gravitas and credibility to be able to develop strategic partnerships with the main players in this marketplace, as well as the knowledge and connections that will enable you to recruit, inspire and manage a dedicated sales team.

Job Scope:

To lead the Sales team in the delivery of key related performance measures resulting in increased revenue and with supporting colleague attraction, retention, engagement and performance across the UK and Ireland.
