Main Responsibilities

Main purpose for the role is to improve and document business processes, helping standardise consistency through the whole Speedy network.

Delivery:

Drive improvement in the Business Analysis framework by employing best practice tools and techniques.

Manage and Develop Business Analysis team to deliver value to the PMO and business stakeholders.

Documenting existing processes throughout the group to an agreed modelling technique.

Working with internal and external customers, to help shape and drive future processes that embrace corporate strategy, enable system automation and drive efficiency.

Providing functional specification for system changes for the project and BAU teams.

Working closely with the testing team to fully test end to end solutions to agreed quality standards.

Embedding Processes:

Working closely with the project & business support teams and a wider audience to help embed process standardisation.

Promote Knowledge Sharing:

As someone who is likely to interact with many different areas of Speedy, to share lessons learned and experience of other areas to assist in the delivery of “Best Practice” across all of Speedy

Accuracy and Transparency:

Process  documents must be maintained at all times in accordance with PMO standards and made available to stakeholders / team members at all times

Ideal Candidate

Qualification/Experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and process.
  • Worked across multiple business functions including HR, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement and Operations
  • BCS Qualifications/Prince 2 or similar
