An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Trainer to join our HSSEQ&A team. As a technical trainer you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our mandatory safety training to our Speedy colleagues.

Supported by an admin team, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated trainer to deliver a best-in-class service on a range of bespoke health and safety courses from manual handling to plant loading. As you work autonomously to plan and execute the training required in your region you should also have the ability to design, prepare, test and maintain courses in your area of expertise and share with the wider training team.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience and knowledge of health and safety training
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work at all levels in an organisation
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • PTLLS or Level 3 to enable delivery of training. IOSH Managing safely and/or NEBOSH national general
